GLEP 79
=======

After discussion, GLEP 79 was approved with 3 yes votes and 4
abstentions with an editorial change clarifying that new signatures can be
created on the @gentoo.org UID of a developer key when the previous
signature is about to expire instead of waiting until it expires.
