GLEP 80
=======

After discussion, GLEP 80 was deferred to the mailing list.

GLEP 63 Update
==============

The motion to update GLEP 63 to require encryption subkey and recommend that
primary key be for certification only passed with 5 yes votes and one
abstention.

Discuss disbanding or better specialization of herd-like projects
================================================================

After discussion, the council agreed that this should be handled on a
per-project basis.

Open Bugs with Council Involvement
==================================

We deferred this again, waiting for someone to bring it up on the ml.

Whissi agreed to coordinate between the portage team and releng and give
us an update next meeting.

- Bug 676248 - non-free licenses are accepted without user prompt

Current stable portage is set up to allow this to be changed now, so
ulm said that he would draft a newsitem for this and talk to releng to
make sure we don't break the stages.

- Bug 640272 - Copyright policy

- Bug 679250 - GLEP 79: Gentoo OpenPGP Authority Keys

This was assigned to the council only two days before the meeting, so we
are skipping it.

- Bug 637328 - GLEP 14 needs to be updated

Open floor
==========

np-hardass requested a private meeting with the council after open floor
regarding his contributions.

Mgorny voiced concern about council members spending extended time
proposing changes to GLEPs in meetings rather than GLEP review.
