Ban EAPI 5
==========
- Motion: Ban EAPI 5 for new ebuilds in the Gentoo repository.
  Accepted unanimously.

Operating model of Gentoo project and Gentoo Foundation
=======================================================
Deferred until September on request of proponent antarus.

Open bugs with council participation
====================================
- Bug 736760 "Application to Software Freedom Conservancy":
  No action from Trustees expected until after their election.

- Bug 784710 "Remove SHA512 hash from Manifests":
  Feedback on the gentoo-dev mailing list was mostly negative.
  - Action: Close as WONTFIX.

- Bug 793164 "GLEP 82: Repository configuration file (layout.conf)":
  Can be marked Final as soon as implementation is complete. One further
  update is pending, see next bug 806830.

- Bug 806830 "glep-0082: Add profile-eapis-* keys":
  - Motion: Accept profile-eapis-* keys in GLEP 82.
    Accepted unanimously.

- Bug 801937 "Translators' requests on wiki are blocked since
  november 2019":
  All pending requests for translator accounts have been processed by
  maffblaster and ulm. The procedure to enable new accounts appears to
  be more complicated than necessary.
  - Action: ulm will talk to the wiki team on improving the workflow.
    The bug will be kept open until problems are resolved.
