Open bugs with Council participation

Bug 936211 - [Tracker] Gentoo Foundation dissolution

Concerns raised about lack of official SPI treasurer updates, which include
main financial pages (which wern't updated since 2024-09), and reports from
their last meetings.

Motion: Pending resolution of the missing official SPI treasurer updates and
a clear commitment to future regular financial updates, further moves of
Gentoo towards SPI are put on hold.

Open floor
==========

During the open floor, a discussion was raised about Foundation's financial
situation and timeline for dissolution. Multiple council members agreed to
join the SPI board meeting at 2025-04-14.
