Open bugs with council involvement
==================================
* Bug 936211 "[Tracker] Gentoo Foundation dissolution":

  dilfridge said he had no news to share. robbat2 has been planning
  how to close the Foundation bank accounts and transfer funds to SPI and
  will communciate with their treasurer. The idea of the account being
  automatically closed once empty was raised which could make it easier
  to shut it down without requiring a US trustees gathering in-person.

  robbat2 mentioned that PayPal needs to be updated to send funds to SPI:
  there are currently 37 donors contributing $480/month (before fees).

  ulm asked about transferring trademarks to SPI. sam noted for the record
  that both the EU (EUIPO) and US trademark renewals are complete. robbat2
  said he doesn't expect the transfer to be a problem.

* Bug 961301 "Requests for metadata/AUTHORS":
  No pending requests.

* Bug 961811 "Consider procuring Token2 PIN+ security keys for
  developers":

  Needs someone to try nudge Token2, possibly via the phone in French.

* Bug 962281 "Clean up consultants list":

  Pending ML discussion.

* Bug 965878 "[TRACKER] Codeberg migration":

  sam said it is going well and perhaps could even be closed. arthuzam
  suggested a new tracker for any improvements we need on the Codeberg
  side.

* Bug 965900 "GLEP 63: update key recommendations":

  Waiting on Token2.

Open floor

pietinger shared that the Forums have a new Q&A section and he hopes
it will be a success.
