Open bugs with council participation

* Bug 936211 "[Tracker] Gentoo Foundation dissolution":
  No news; waiting on the AGM.

* Bug 961301 "Requests for metadata/AUTHORS":
  No pending requests.

* Bug 961811 "Consider procuring Token2 PIN+ security keys for
  developers":
  Action item: eschwartz will follow up with soap about the current
  status, as discussed in the last meeting.

* Bug 962281 "Clean up consultants list":
  Action item: dilfridge will send another message to the mailing list
  with a deadline, as discussed in the last meeting.

* Bug 965878 "[TRACKER] Codeberg migration",
  bug 979541 "Frequent API 50x errors from Codeberg":
  - Codeberg's level of availability has improved for now. The council
    will keep monitoring but no specific action.
  - Migration policies are done, as far as the council is concerned;
    developers have to decide whether they migrate.
  - Bug 965878 will be reassigned to Infra; council will be dropped
    from CC of bug 979541.
  - Also discussion about full-time sysadmin support to handle DDoS
    attacks for Infra.

* Bug 965900 "GLEP 63: update key recommendations":
  Blocked on the Token2 decision.

* Bug 980490 "Grammar error(s) in AI Policy":
  There is consensus to fix the two grammatical errors as an editorial
  change.

* Bug 980497 "Missing summary for 20260510 and 20260614 council
  meetings":
  Action item: dilfridge will write the missing summaries.
