Open bugs with council participation
====================================
* Bug 936211 "[Tracker] Gentoo Foundation dissolution":

  No updates.

* Bug 961301 "Requests for metadata/AUTHORS":

  No pending requests.

* Bug 961811 "Consider procuring Token2 PIN+ security keys for
  developers":

  eschwartz contacted soap, who indicated that he will speak to Token2
  as soon as he finds some time.  eschwartz has recently asked for
  a status update, but has not heard back yet.

* Bug 962281 "Clean up consultants list":

  A discussion was brought regarding the recent proposal by mgorny [2].
  The Council members agreed that the points 1-3 are uncontroversial,
  4 was dismissed as too controversial.  arthurzam additionally proposed
  having the Council vote on edge cases for removing consultants.
  mgorny proposed extending this to adding new consultants, pointing out
  that the current rules for addition are unclear.

  The Council voted on two motions:

  Motion 1: "Add a note that we're open to feedback from customers,
  limit the list to one entry per person, and remove the 'donates back?'
  column"

    6 yes, 1 member absent, vote passed

  Motion 2: "Gentoo Council approves new entries to the consultants list
  and may remove existing entries via a private vote on a bug"

    6 yes, 1 member absent, vote passed

* Bug 965900 "GLEP 63: update key recommendations":

  Blocked on the Token2 decision.

* Bug 980497 "Missing summary for 20260510 and 20260614 council
  meetings":

  No update from dilfridge.
